This privacy policy informs you about the processing of your personal data ("data") in relation to the customer relationship management system (the “CRM system”) for SUQQU and the direct marketing activities by E’quipe Japan Ltd (hereinafter also referred to as "E’quipe", "we", "our" or "us").

Our processing includes the data you provide at the time of your registration for the CRM system at SUQQU stores e.g. your name, your address, your e-mail address, your telephone number and your social media accounts. Once you have signed up for the CRM system, we may keep track of your SUQQU purchases and any samples handed out to you (including information about your skin type).
With your consent, we process your data in relation to the CRM system for SUQQU, which you may revoke at any time (contractual purposes). With your prior consent (which you may revoke), we send you the latest news on promotional activities and events for SUQQU ("marketing purposes"). Further, we process your data to offer you a personalized shopping experience when shopping with us, and analyse the advertising and marketing performance of SUQQU products in the context of market research while balancing this legitimate interest with the need to protect your rights ("marketing purposes based on the legitimate interest"). We also process your data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations ("legal purposes").
The processing of your data for contractual and marketing purposes is subject to your prior consent which you may, in any case, revoke.
